If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us for a full refund, credit or exchange. All we ask is that the item is returned in its original packaging in its original condition. Before returning any product, customers should contact our customer service department at (905) 573-3223 for a return authorization number. Returns without a return authorization number cannot be accepted. Custom or special orders are not returnable unless the mistake was made by Lawlor Safety.

Warranty Returns

All products are guaranteed to be free from material and manufacturer's defects. If a product does not live up to your expectations, please contact our customer service department at 1 800 434 3165. Returned product is subject to an inspection by ourselves or in some cases the manufacturer. We do our best to expedite the return process. Returns without a return authorization number cannot be accepted.
